MRMN Bot stores moderation records (warns, bans, kicks, timeouts, notes) issued in any MRMN server in one shared network database. These records are visible to moderators of every MRMN server through /network lookup, and every ban is posted to a network ban feed channel. Appeals you submit are stored and shown to MRMN network admins. We store Discord user IDs and usernames only as needed for these records. If a server turns on Auto-Translate, the text of messages in its enabled channels is sent to the configured translation provider (for example DeepL) to be translated; it is not stored by the bot. Servers using Leveling, Server Stats or Birthdays store counts only (XP, message and join counts, which members were active on a day for 35 days), never message content; a birthday you set (month, day, optional private year and timezone) is shared across MRMN servers and you can remove it any time with /birthday remove. Contact the network owner to request removal of your data.
